Responsibilities
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers on project progress and ensure smooth communication among all parties involved.
Report to Project Manager
Liaise with Building Management
Arrange the work sequence
Take charge of the safety and tidiness of the site
Requirements
A minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination or site support is preferred.
Good understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and submission procedures (e.g., KM, BP, STS / KSK).
Able to liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities professionally with the strong verbal and written communication in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Ability to work independently, responsible, self-motivated, able to multitask under pressure and a good team player.
