AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive to join us.
1. TikTok Shop Operations & Campaign Management
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the INNISFREE TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth execution of orders, listings, and logistics.
- Plan and execute monthly BAU promotions and TikTok Mega Campaigns (e.g., 6.6, 7.7) in alignment with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with TikTok platform managers for campaign enrollment, exposure opportunities, and feature placements.
2. Live Commerce & Content Activation
Strategize and schedule TikTok Live sessions, collaborating with hosts, agencies, or KOLs.Analyze past livestream performance and optimize future content to drive conversion.Coordinate sample delivery, script alignment, and product focus for each live session.3. Marketing & Traffic Optimization
Manage paid traffic allocation within TikTok Ads Manager (e.g., Spark Ads, lead generation).Track budget vs performance metrics (CPAS, ROAS) and adjust strategy accordingly.Collaborate with regional / local marketing teams on influencer activations and creative content plans.Track daily GMV, Net Sales, conversion rate, traffic, and basket size.Identify performance gaps and opportunities through data analysis, including BI tools and platform dashboards.Prepare regular reporting and post‑mortem summaries for internal stakeholders.4. Platform Compliance & Brand Governance
Ensure product listings, content, and promotions are compliant with TikTok platform rules and INNISFREE brand guidelines.Liaise with platform representatives and internal stakeholders to resolve any violations, order issues, or customer complaints.5. Cross‑functional Collaboration
Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Brand, and Customer Service teams to ensure stock availability, accurate discount setup, and smooth customer experience.Coordinate with external agencies for creative assets, livestream support, and content planning.6. Affiliate Recruitment & Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard suitable TikTok Shop affiliates (creators, micro‑influencers, and key opinion customers) to drive product visibility and sales.Maintain ongoing engagement with active affiliates – provide campaign briefs, product education, and content direction to ensure brand consistency.Monitor affiliate performance, including traffic, conversion rate, and contribution to GMV; optimize outreach and commission structure accordingly.Collaborate with TikTok’s affiliate support team and leverage affiliate tools (e.g., Creator Hub) to maximize campaign exposure and results.To be successful in this role, you would need to have :
Must Haves :
Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master Degree in E-commerce / Marketing / Business Administrations / Mass Communication or any relevant field.Minimum 3 years’ relevant job experience in E-commerce, Agency, or customer relationship management.Experienced in E-commerce sales / Marketing or in platform management by handling principal account can be a plus.Speaking and writing skill : English and Bahasa Melayu (well verse in Mandarin will be an added advantage).Knowledge of the Tiktok Affiliate Centre, GMV Max Ads Set up on TTS, SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop can be a plus point.Demonstrate strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint).Friendly with a positive attitude and enjoy interacting with people.Experience in beauty industry / retail business is an additional advantage.Possessing basic skin care or make up knowledge can be a plus point.A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and is also able to work independently.Team Player as you would be working with a group of fun and vibrant team.Who we are looking for / The Qualities we look for in you :
