SENIOR PASTRY CHEF / SOUS CHEF (CAKES & PASTRIES)
We are opening an exciting new café-restaurant concept set to open soon at The Linc, Kuala Lumpur . This will be the 3rd restaurant under the IMS F&B Group, which comprises Locarasa at Bamboo Hills and Khan's Indian Cuisine at Bangsar South. Designed to be a vibrant culinary destination, we celebrate artisan desserts, premium ingredients, and modern pastry techniques. We aim to create a space that delights the senses, inspiring guests with every flavour, texture, and presentation. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Pastry Chef / Sous Chef , specializing in cakes and pastries to lead our dessert menu and set new standards of excellence in our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities :
Conceptualize, create and execute a wide range of cakes, pastries, and plated desserts.
Assist in managing pastry team operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
Mentor, train and inspire junior pastry staff.
Work closely with the Head Chef and management to deliver exceptional guest experiences through desserts.
