Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur (KL) for a Claims Executive. The Claims Support Administrator / Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day claims management, processing claims, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Additional tasks include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, medical service providers, and resolving customer inquiries related to claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in Claims Management and Claims Handling
• Knowledge of moratorium policies is an added advantage
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
