About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead SN Legacy Sdn Bhd, a premier record label and artist management company representing Malaysia's top talents. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence in artist management, event organization, and entertainment production.

This role reports directly to the Board of Directors and requires a strong balance of business acumen, leadership skills, and creativity to sustain and expand the legacy of our brand.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company goals and expand market presence.
Identify new business opportunities in music, events, and entertainment.
Lead collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives with industry stakeholders.

Artist & Talent Management

Oversee day-to-day management of contracted artists, ensuring professional growth and brand positioning.

Support artists in career planning, promotions, and contract negotiations.

Ensure brand consistency and alignment with SN Legacy's values.

Event & Project Management

Lead planning and execution of concerts, showcases, and promotional events.

Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for events.

Ensure flawless execution and memorable audience experiences.

Operational & Financial Oversight

Supervise daily operations including finance, HR, marketing, and administration.

Monitor budgets, cash flow, and profitability.

Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and industry requirements.

Team Leadership & People Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team across multiple departments.

Drive a performance-driven and collaborative work culture.

Provide training and development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Entertainment, Media, or related field (Master's degree an advantage).

Minimum 8–10 years of management experience, preferably in entertainment, media, or creative industries.

Strong business development and financial management skills.

Proven leadership experience with ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.

Passionate about music, entertainment, and artist development.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile industry environment.
