Overview
IT Business Analyst – SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP S4C) at Hilti Asia IT Services. Role focuses on shaping SAP S4C initiatives, SAP SD, OTC processes on SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud, agile delivery, and supporting global product offerings with user-centric design across cloud and on‑premise solutions.
What you will do
- Translate business requirements into sustainable, value-adding IT solutions for SAP SD / OTC processes on SAP S / 4HANA Public Cloud.
- Shape and implement Order to Cash (OTC) processes; develop end-to-end user journeys; contribute to backlog refinement, testing, and issue resolution in an agile environment.
- Support solution adoption and provide ongoing support via ServiceNow; manage tickets and troubleshoot issues.
- Contribute to the global Business Analyst community and continuously improve ways of working.
What you need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.2+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant or IT Business Analyst in SAP ERP SAP SD (S / 4HANA Public Cloud), including interfaces with other systems (e.g., SAP Subscription Billing).Experience with software development tools (Atlassian stack : JIRA, Confluence).Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with global partners; ability to connect, influence, and work effectively in a virtual environment.Multi-tasking, self-motivation, quick learning, and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work effectively with global teams in a virtual environment.Strong English, agile mindset, problem-solving skills, and openness to change and new technologies.What we offer
