Job Description As a Solution Engineer your main functions / tasks will be :

You are together with the Sales Manager and other team members to make an important contribution to the sales success in the pre-contract phase of a project. Develop technical proposals (quotations, presentations, etc.) and economic proposals (budgets, prices…) to assigned opportunities.

You are a member of the solution team, and your main tasks are to identify customer needs and to translate these into a winning technical solution / concept, which consists of the right balance between advanced technology and a competitive price.

You are the central key person on technical and concept specification in relation to the project by cooperating with the team in HQ.

You will work with partners, when necessary, in order to provide a complete solution.

You will play an important role in the hand-over of the project to the execution team.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor or Master in relevant study (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Logistical engineering or similar discipline).

Preferably you have more than 2 years relevant working experiences.

You are a good listener and communicator, creative and driven to win.

You have a high degree of initiative and you are a team play who is enjoying working in an international team

You are fluent in English（Mandarin will be a plus).

You are willing to travel internationally.
