Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing Microsoft solutions, enhancing collaboration and productivity across our organization.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams and SharePoint.
- Provide technical support and training to users on Microsoft applications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows using Microsoft tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft products and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyze usage data to improve user experience and drive adoption rates.
- Create documentation for processes and best practices related to Microsoft platforms.
