Job description

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in engineering or any equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing Engineering leadership role is required for this position.
  • Experienced in Assembly Process Design, Assembly Process Control, Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement.
  • Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor area.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee department functions and lead a team of Engineers & Technicians.
  • Responsible to drive all engineering activities including process design, productivity Improvement, line layouts, product engineering, ECN management and materials compliance.
  • Evaluate, develop and maintain work processes, procedures and operating systems for the department and the manufacture of existing products.
  • Provide management support, resource planning & motivational support to the team.
