- Purpose
- To perform administrative, transactional, and reporting task as agreed scope with WSS MP Cylinder Assets team
- Interrelations
- This position reports to the Invoicing Team Lead and should closely cooperate with WSS MP Cylinder Assets team
- Main responsibilities and tasks
- Handles Count-On-Board (COB), i.e., “Place Lost” and invoicing.
- Handles Transfer of Assets (TOA) on board and invoicing.
- Ensure rental asset data procedures are followed by the network.
- Handle cylinder deviation issues, including cross checking data, input data via Script, issue asset statement, arrange credit note mailing, etc.
- Generate and submit cylinder balance reports based upon fixed schedules and ad-hoc requests
- Support cylinder inventory count process by generating and validating count forms
- Support periodic Safety and Security Fee invoice process and asset statement consolidation
- To ensure IFS8 perform in line with the set routines and provide support to stakeholders
- Liaise and work closely with Customer Service / Sales Support on all rental asset commercial claims related issues.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned related to rental asset issues (e.g. yearly audit support)
- Run daily, bi-weekly, and monthly reports

- Qualifications
- Mandatory requirements
- 3 years of formal education in business / economics or finance studies or relevant working experience
- Fluent in English - both writing and speaking
- Good planning and organising skills
- Good excel knowledge
- Good analytical skills & attention to detail
- Ability to systematically work independently and in a team, encouraging and respecting the contribution of others and volunteering information and ideas
- Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
- Computer literate
