Job description

Requirements

Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Public Relations, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a competitive sales environment.
Immediate availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.

Deliver engaging presentations showcasing the value and benefits of our training programs.

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Assess client needs, offer expert guidance, and recommend suitable training solutions.

Build and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to drive business growth.
