Manager – Operations

Sunway International School (SIS) at Sunway City Kuala Lumpur welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above stated vacancy with the following job specifications :

General Operations Management

• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations of the School.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Monitor service quality of support functions (canteen, transport, bookshop, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.) to meet regulatory and school standards.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational needs are met promptly.
• Manage service providers, contractors, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with ITS and stakeholders to manage school’s operational systems (e-purse platform, door entry access, guest registration system, etc.).
