Job descriptionOperate and monitor production equipment and machinery, ensuring they function efficiently and safely according to established procedures. Perform assembly line operations, including fitting parts, sub-assemblies, and components accurately and efficiently to meet production targets. Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards, and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to production schedules and timelines, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with other production team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify process improvements, and resolve production issues effectively. Complete production reports and documentation accurately, recording production output, quality control data, and any equipment maintenance performed. Normal shift, 5 working days + lots of OT + Saturday OT Attendance allowance RM100 / month Meal allowance RM2 / day Sick leave, Annual leave, Marriage leave, Compassionate leave, Paternity leave EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Medical & dental claims. Free meals (dinner) for operators on OT Permanent position
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or 'O' Level qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlines.
- Skills to operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Must have good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia to interact with supervisors and colleagues.
- Ability to work as a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Willing to work overtime if required to meet production needs.
- Possess basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and the ability to identify minor issues.
- Responsible for ensuring product quality and adhering to quality standards set by the company.
