Job description

Responsible for following up and establishing new standards to stabilize and optimize processes (procedure, control plan, SOP, FMEA, WI, form).

Control of the repalletized process.

Responsible for process yield improvement.

Compile and analyze yield reports.

Monitor and control production waste and scrap daily; generate weekly reports.

Collaborate with line technicians for troubleshooting and addressing abnormalities; provide problem-solving solutions, including fine-tuning issues and developing corrective actions.

Respond to internal and external audits; ensure follow-up actions are completed until closure.

Manage resin stock effectively.

Assist in establishing production process control procedures.

Support the optimization of production and process operations.

Work with QA on product quality issues, especially customer feedback.

Support internal training and prepare training manuals.

Prepare WI and OPL documents.

Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by superiors.
