As we continue to transform the way we engage with students, families, alumni, and staff, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Functional Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our business needs and the technical delivery of solutions on the Salesforce platform.

About the Role

The Salesforce Functional Analyst will play a key role in supporting the successful implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across the school. You will work closely with departments including Admissions, Development, Communications, and Academic Services to ensure that Salesforce is used effectively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across multiple departments.
• Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box features wherever possible.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (internal and external).
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management initiatives.
• Create user stories, process flows, and wireframes to support development and configuration.
• Configure Salesforce features such as Flows, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Reports.
• Monitor system usage and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements and innovations.
