This full-time Clerk role at JEEVA PARTNERSHIP' in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading law firm. As a Clerk, you will play a vital administrative support function that is crucial to the smooth running of the company's legal operations.

What you’ll be doing

Providing administrative and clerical support to lawyers and legal teams
Preparing and organising legal documents, correspondence and files
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Coordinating schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
Contributing to the overall success of the legal team and the firm

What we’re looking for

Good administrative and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Proficiency in using legal software and office productivity tools

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the legal industry and legal terminology is preferred
