Responsibilities

• Process Payments : Execute timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing payments, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other company payment methods.
• Reconciliation : Perform daily, monthly, and yearly reconciliations of payment transactions; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Compliance : Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations; implement and enforce internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Vendor Management : Liaise with banks, payment processors, and other financial institutions to manage relationships and resolve payment-related issues.
• Reporting : Generate regular reports on payment activities (transaction volumes, processing times, error rates); analyze trends and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline payment processes and enhance automation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
• Customer Support : Provide solutions to customers regarding payment inquiries, disputes, and resolution; maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication.
