Responsibilities

• Greeting customer as they arrive
• Giving menu and taking order
• Serving food and drinks on time
• To ensure tables are clean and ensure hygiene standard are kept at all times
• To ensure smooth operation
• Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standard and recipe
• Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and marinating or etc
• Handle, store, label and rotate all food product properly and in accordance with instruction and food handling regulations
• Keeping work stations are clean and tidy at all the times
