About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support the commercial team in driving growth across the food and dairy ingredients industry . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in B2B sales, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and wants to contribute to both local and regional markets. You’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager to deliver revenue targets, expand customer networks, and ensure smooth collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Drive B2B sales with food manufacturers, distributors, and formulators.
• Identify new market opportunities and execute sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and onboard new customers.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with partners locally and in SEA export markets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client visits.
• Prepare forecasts, analyze performance, and provide market insights.
• Manage customer records, contracts, and ensure timely payments.
