Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant to join our growing team at ATP Business Solution Sdn Bhd in Ipoh, Perak. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and reporting for the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the strategic financial management of the company and further develop your skills in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and controls

Qualifications

Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or a related field

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar Accountant role, preferably in the Financial Accounting & Reporting industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
