Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the professional team members as well as departmental secretary with administrative work related to tax clients.
  • Coordinate and prepare deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Handle other ad-hoc and general administrative responsibilities and tasks assigned.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mails, record all tax correspondences, and monitor control procedures.
  • Assist staff in completing various control lists on tax compliance deadlines and monitor compliance.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements :

  • Certificate / Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or equivalent field of studies is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Skilled in document management, office management, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic IT knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
