Requirements
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, ideally in a similar industry
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
Responsibilities
