Job description

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, ideally in a similar industry
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via online channels to clients from China & Taiwan , and other regions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required
  • Education : SPM , UEC, O-level or; and above
  • Working Hours: 24 / 7 Rotational Shift - 5 days working
