About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Lifestyle Manager to join our team at Ten Lifestyle Management. This is a full-time, remote position serving our Hong Kong market. As a Travel Lifestyle Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional concierge services to our high-net-worth clients, ensuring their travel and lifestyle needs are met with the utmost care and attention.

What you'll be doing

Proactively reach out to clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements

Research, plan, and book tailored travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and activities

Provide on-the-ground support and 24 / 7 availability to clients during their travels

Leverage your extensive travel knowledge to offer personalised recommendations and insider tips

Manage client requests and ensure timely resolutions to any issues that may arise

Maintain detailed client profiles and travel histories to anticipate their needs

Collaborate with our global team to deliver a seamless, consistent client experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer-facing, travel-related role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Detailed knowledge of global travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and luxury experiences

Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with additional language skills (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin) preferred

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for clients
