Job descriptionAt least Degree holder Basic proficiency in Excel and the ability to read Traditional Mandarin to handle documents from Hong Kong and simple English are essential. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detailed and meticulous. Willingness to work on Malaysia public holidays, following Hong Kong public holiday schedule. 5.5-day work : Monday to Friday (full day 9am - 6pm) and Saturdays (half day 9am - 1pm). 100% work in office. Compulsory to OT (OT will be paid). Entry level Full-time Administrative and Finance

Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and processing of records.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist to handle daily operations and processes applications and transactions to ensure that all service levels are delivered according to the procedure.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide general administration and support to the Operations department.
