Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's is an advantage). Minimum 5 years' experience in trading sales or business development, preferably in food trading or FMCG. Proven track record in meeting / exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, business acumen, and market analysis skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of food trading industry regulations, market trends, and supply chain processes. Outgoing personality, willing to travel locally and overseas when required.

Responsibilities :
- Develop new markets and maintain existing customers in the Northern Region.
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth (B2C) and develop new products / business.
- Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service, including technical sales, enquiry handling, quotations, and payment follow-up.
- Analyze market trends and provide timely information for sales planning.
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities to achieve targets.
- Proactively search for potential prospects.
- Achieve sales and profit goals.
- Maintain high standards of service and problem-solving.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
