Translate business needs into functional requirements, ensuring alignment with change frameworks and compliance standards.
Manage change delivery, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption readiness.
Oversee implementation activities (pilots, cutovers, post-go-live support) to minimize risk and accelerate benefits.
Support process reengineering, business case development, and impact assessment of change requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to capability building within the team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with solid experience in business analysis and change management.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, industry regulations, and transformation frameworks.
Skilled in requirements management, business process design, and change / implementation techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities; able to manage complex stakeholders.
Experience delivering change across multiple banking environments (branch, contact centre, operations, head office).
Prior experience in financial services, with proven ability to manage projects and influence senior stakeholders.
