Responsibilities

  • Managing office environment and office supplies. (ex. overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and replenishing pantry items)
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
  • Maintaining office records and documented information.
  • Operational support. (ex. banking matters, sending receiving parcels)
  • Human Resource Support. (ex. managing employee records, handling recruitment processes, and onboarding new employees)
  • Financial administration Support. (ex. basic bookkeeping)
