Responsibilities
Managing office environment and office supplies. (ex. overseeing the maintenance of office equipment and replenishing pantry items)
Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
Maintaining office records and documented information.
Operational support. (ex. banking matters, sending receiving parcels)
Human Resource Support. (ex. managing employee records, handling recruitment processes, and onboarding new employees)
Financial administration Support. (ex. basic bookkeeping)
