Work with the team to define and deliver a roadmap of initiatives focused on growing hirer adoption and monetisation.
You will manage and drive the product deliverables (e.g., product requirements, UX designs, research, user testing) and work collaboratively within the development team to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives to market.
Key areas of focus for this role, with support of the Head of Product, are :
- Problem Identification and Definition
- Product Discovery and Delivery
- Roadmap Development and Prioritisation
- Competitor and Peer Analysis
- Product Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Relationship building with key partners

Essential Skills and Experience
Track record of defining and delivering roadmapsFocus on understanding key metrics and drivers to inform decision making, and ability to roll up their sleeves to conduct analysis.Customer centric – use customer feedback and forums to help understand underlying customer needs.High level of comfort around ambiguity, with a mindset of test and learn, driven by data.Ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach.Strong judgement and decision-making skills – ability to make a decision with customer, commercial, and technical trade-offs … often with limited information.Highly developed communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organisation.Build and maintain solid working relationships across product and delivery, Sales, Marketing and Strategy, as well as with clients and users.Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative.Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)Participate in the planning, design, and development of mobile terminal (mobile phone) App projects at least once, until the complete process is launched.Proficient in using Axure or Figma, Xmind (software).Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu, MANDARIN, English.
