Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and marketing support including data entry, filing, and preparing materials.
- Handle invoices, billing, and related documentation accurately and promptly.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in coordinating project-related tasks, events, and promotional activities.
- Support in preparing presentation materials, sales kits, and client documentation when required.
- Help maintain reports, trackers, and marketing databases.
- Oversee and monitor the requisition process for office and project-related supplies / services.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company requirements.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Keen interest in marketing, events, and the property development industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office; design or social media skills are a bonus.Organized, proactive, good communicator, and eager to learn.Working location : Sungai Way, Petaling Jaya.Job Type : Internship
Pay : RM RM1,000.00 per month
