Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers
Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations

Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of accounting

Familiar with AutoCount accounting system and able to issue invoices independently

Familiar with basic Excel (formulas, data organization, etc.)

Detail-minded, responsible, and good communication skills

Able to read and write in Chinese & English
