About the role

Manthra Software Services is seeking a highly skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software applications using Java technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company and work on cutting-edge projects.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement Java-based applications and solutions to meet business requirements
Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality Java software components
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
Investigate and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability and scalability of applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and best practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 3 years and Springboot of experience in Java application development

Proficient in Java programming language, including its core features and best practices

Expertise in Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and Maven

Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles

Experience with relational databases and SQL

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and collaboration skills
