Responsibilities

Leading the continuous sales efforts for hydraulic cylinder and accumulator overhauls, repairs, and upgrades.
Conducting accurate cost calculations and post-project evaluations to ensure profitability.
Preparing detailed quotations in a timely manner to meet customer needs.
Efficiently planning manpower requirements for projects to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Managing the disposition of materials for projects to ensure proper utilization and cost control.
Providing effective support in workshop and field service operations as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess knowledge and hands‑on experience in handling Hydraulic Power Units, Cylinders, Accumulators and related hydraulic system components.

Have 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager or Sales Manager in the hydraulic business within the marine and offshore industry.

Proficient in spoken and written English.
