Our client is a Semiconductor Multinational company in Selangor. They are currently seeking to hire a new Industrial Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Capex planning (AOP), ensuring cost-effective investments and timely CR approvals.
  • Develop capacity plans, analyze trends, and recommend equipment investment decisions.
  • Support manpower planning and justify MMR based on production needs.
  • Optimize layout and space utilization aligned with forecasted volumes.
  • Manage assets, including transfers, disposal, and AIT tracking.
  • Standardize metrics (MMR, standard time, utilization, capacity, space) across all lines.
  • Enhance team performance and competency within the IE function.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards; escalate issues as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Experience Required :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role in manufacturing or high-volume production.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of AWW Standards and IE tools / metrics.
  • Strong team leadership and performance management skills.
