The role is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the PUIG business in Malaysia. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will drive a strategic plan to promote revenue, profitability, and growth for the PUIG business in Malaysia. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, independent, capable of strategic and analytical thinking, and personable. Responsibilities
Plan and execute brand & business objectives; KPI’s Manage brand A&P and P&L to maximize brand investments and ROI Work with the demand planning team on forecasting future launches and monthly business needs Plan and execute commercial business plans with Brand Manager Collaborate with marketing to develop integrated plans from product launches and promotion mechanics to grow and build brands Develop e-commerce strategies to increase brand engagement and sales Develop, drive and execute brand merchandising guidelines and ensure adherence across all retail channel distribution Lead the brand hands-on by working with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives Collaborate with trade partners to ensure brand exposure and mechanics are consistently managed and presented Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Degree in marketing or related business with at least 5 years in a reputable FMCG company or in retail managing a brand Experience managing skincare / fragrance brands is an advantage Strategic mindset, analytical and insights-driven to create opportunities Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual in English and Bahasa Team player with self-confidence and strong leadership qualities Independent, innovative, able to multi-task and manage time effectively Driven to outperform and deliver excellent results continuously Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other office applications Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
