Requirements

  • Able to read / write in Mandarin
  • Spoken Cantonese is a MUST (Basic English is an advantage)
  • Minimum SPM
  • Able to work independently
  • Good attitude and team spirit

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers and partners about :  Company’s products and service, Inquiries about pricing and Feedback and complaints
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs, company policies, and technological advancements in the customer service field.
  • Gather customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience to provide insights for improving company offerings.

  • Salary up to RM4,500 (including allowances)
