Requirements
- Able to read / write in Mandarin
- Spoken Cantonese is a MUST (Basic English is an advantage)
- Minimum SPM
- Able to work independently
- Good attitude and team spirit

Respond to customers and partners about : Company’s products and service, Inquiries about pricing and Feedback and complaintsMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.Be flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs, company policies, and technological advancements in the customer service field.Gather customer feedback regarding products, services, and overall experience to provide insights for improving company offerings.Benefits
