  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary : RM3,500 - RM5,000 per month

    • Responsibilities

  • Involved in the daily operations of accounting, financial, and administrative functions.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, legal advisors, and bankers to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc financial and accounting projects as required.

    • Key Skills Supported by Relevant Past Experiences

  • Extensive knowledge of financial accounting principles and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data recording and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with banking, audit, and company secretarial practices, offering added value to financial operations.
