Position Summary

• Support all Engineering projects in Facility Department including constructions, equipment installation and qualifications
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Support & develop full‑scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project contractors
• Plan schedule and track project timelines / deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to relevant project stakeholder / end user
• Constantly monitor and report on project progress to Project Manager / Stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Generate technical reports and documentation – write, revise and approve technical SOPs relating to area of expertise
• Ensure all work being carried out is within the compliance of all Quality, and EHS‑Engineering standards
• Interface with engineering and other departments as required while conducting daily assignments or projects
• Provide technical support to the Reliability team, Facility / Utilities team, Warehouse team and Operations team when there is any equipment breakdown, and execute Projects, which include validation of projects and Computer System Validation (CSV) across the site
• Ensure compliance with all GMP and EHS requirements
• Conduct commissioning and validation protocol and process (URS, IQ and OQ) for equipment / machine / facility / utility that has GxP impact
• Construction Management & Contractor Management
• Other assignment(s) as deemed necessary by the Project Manager / Engineering Manager

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering related subject or equivalent experience

Experience :

Preferably a minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Project Management, Automation / Control, Construction, Safety & Quality of Project.
