About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Evening Shift) to support senior leadership in a dynamic consulting environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced settings, has excellent communication skills, and can manage time‑sensitive tasks during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Assist with follow‑ups, action items, and communication on behalf of executives.
- Manage email correspondence, prioritize messages, and flag urgent matters.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support ad‑hoc projects and tasks in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Prior experience supporting C‑level executives preferred.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Tech‑savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack).High level of discretion and professionalism.Able to work independently during evening hours (MYT time zone).No other employment currently.Seniority Level : Mid‑Senior level
