Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell residential properties within our current portfolio.
- Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries provided through our company database.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market conditions, competitor activities, and Lagenda Properties' product offerings.
- Participate in sales events, roadshows, and team meetings.
