Job description

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice 365 Administration

  • Manage and administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
  • Perform user provisioning, licensing, and mailbox management.
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance policies (DLP, retention, MFA, conditional access).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 applications and connectivity.
  • Monitor service health, usage, and adoption to optimize performance.

Azure Cloud Engineering

  • Design, implement, and maintain solutions in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Configure and manage Azure security features (NSGs, firewalls, identity & access management).
  • Support hybrid cloud solutions integrating on-premises infrastructure with Azure.
  • Implement backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions in Azure.
  • Optimize cloud resources for cost management and performance efficiency.
  • General Cloud & Security

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for cloud security.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support cloud migrations and modernization projects.
  • Automate cloud operations and workflows using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform.
  • Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for escalated cloud and Office 365 incidents.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and provide training to end-users where necessary.
  • Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications (preferred) :
  • Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • ITIL Foundation (advantageous)
  • Experience :
  • 3–5 years in cloud engineering or systems administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Office 365 administration and Azure services.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and MFA.
  • Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Scripting / automation experience with PowerShell or Python is a plus.
  • Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 ecosystem (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Good understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    Pay : RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
