Grooming Artist

The Key Grooming Artist plays a critical role in timely delivery and creation of realistic, or fantasy hair, fur, and feather assets for characters and creatures in animation, film, and gaming projects. This position requires a high level of artistic skill, technical expertise, and collaboration with other departments to ensure assets align with creative vision and technical requirements of the production.

Key Responsibilities :

Modelling game-ready hair, fur and feather for games.

Making stylized and / or realistic characters for games and movies (optional, but it will be a plus).

Requirements :

The candidate is to have 1-3 years of working experience as a Grooming / Hair artist including modelling game-ready hair and fur.

The candidate should possess technical-related skill sets such as :

Professional knowledge of 3D software (Zbrush, Blender, Maya, Unreal Engine, Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Miro, Teams).

Language requirement : English (Upper-Intermediate) and Russian (optional, but it will be a plus).

Preference given to Malaysian citizens.
