Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with sales or software-related experience will have an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Confident in delivering product demonstrations and proposals, both in-person and virtually.
  • Able to build and maintain good client relationships and work well in a team.
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable using computer applications, CRM systems, and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales by actively following up and converting leads provided by the company, as well as prospecting for additional new business opportunities to secure new clients and expand our market share for Pandahrms.
  • Present and demonstrate Pandahrms solutions to prospective clients, delivering tailored product demos and presentations that address specific business challenges, both virtually and in-person.
  • Manage software renewals by handling customer renewal requests, preparing accurate renewal quotations, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring seamless and timely renewals to avoid service disruption.
  • Engage with existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships, conduct regular follow-ups, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure customers receive ongoing value from Pandahrms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams —including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Vendor partners—to deliver client-focused solutions, align on sales strategies, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Generate and submit sales reports by preparing accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and documenting successful closures, keeping management updated on your progress.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing responsive support, resolving contract or service issues promptly, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and new product features to position Pandahrms effectively and respond to changing client needs.
  • Achieve or exceed targets by meeting annual sales quotas, hitting key performance indicators (KPIs), and consistently delivering strong results in line with company objectives.
