The primary duties for this position involve managing Meta and Tik Tok digital advertising, Google Ads and Analytic. You will be responsible for promoting new products, identifying opportunities to engage with the target audience, managing ad campaigns and researching competitors’ social strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Writing Copy for Ads
  • Creating graphics and visuals mainly for Facebook / Instagram Ads & Google banner
  • Generating positive performance and key value results using digital ad platforms, mainly Facebook and Google Ads
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
  • Testing variations of ads and optimising to determine best performing campaigns
  • Continuous monitoring of results and improvement of ads
  • Reporting
  • Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
  • Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
  • Generate creative ideas and discuss / execute those ideas
  • Familiarity with PPC advertising and Google Analytics
  • Capable of discerning meaning behind analytics to form recommendations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a production environment with defined deadlines
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Excellent writing ability
  • Implementing Ad Tracking codes and tags such as Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other ad tracking code

Qualifications

  • BA / BS or equivalent working experience
  • Knowledge of paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution networks like Outbrain and Taboola
  • Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting / reporting results
  • Ability to do graphic design work
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Enjoys learning new things
  • The following are a plus but not requirements :

  • Positive involvement with the SEO / PPC community
  • Stay on top of current trends and advancements in SEO / PPC technology
  • Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for content distributed through paid programs
