Assist in daily outlet operations including ushering, running, and support tasks.

Deliver orders and assist with customer requests promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth service flow at all times.

Support team members across both outlets when required.

Uphold company standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Shift-based schedule (including weekends and public holidays).

Overtime applicable after 7.5 hours (standard 10-hour shifts expected).
