Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data & Finance Support Engineer to join our Service Recovery team (GIPS). The ideal candidate will have deep experience in ETL and Data Warehousing within a banking and finance environment, with solid knowledge in general ledger (GL), MAS, GST, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence. The role requires hands-on proficiency in SQL, Shell Scripting, Informatica, and Unix / Linux, and the ability to operate in a high availability 24x7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for ETL and Finance Data Warehouse platforms across AM, PB, and enterprise banking systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex incidents and data issues in production systems involving GL, MAS, GST, and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor batch processes and troubleshoot failures using tools like Control-M and Informatica.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to support data and reporting environments.
• Support and maintain SQL scripts, shell scripts, and ETL jobs.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial and regulatory reports.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for critical system support.
