Business Development Executive

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As HaruPlate’s BD Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s growth in the region by servicing and improving performance of our sales and distribution channels. Your primary goal is to establish strong partnerships with key distributors and retailers for strong growth.

Your #Goals With HaruPlate :

  • Drive B2B sales growth and to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.
  • Assist with researching new market opportunities in current and new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers, acting as the primary point of contact for BD and operational activities.
  • Work closely with community marketing and D2C team to help take HaruPlate to new heights!

Requirements and Skills :

  • Results-driven with a proven track record in sales and distribution within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong intrinsic motivation to solve problems and achieve goals and objectives set out together with the team. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of consumer markets and B2B stakeholders in Singapore, Malaysian and other Asian markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, project management software and collaborative work tools like Miro or Figma.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
