We’re Car Medic , a licensed Authorized Automotive Treatment Facility (AATF) helping Malaysians dispose of their old vehicles responsibly and eco-consciously.

We’re looking for talkative, people-friendly individuals with telemarketing or customer service experience to join us as Customer Support & eDereg Executives .

If you’re used to talking to customers over the phone, following up via WhatsApp, or managing customer inquiries — this role will feel natural to you. But unlike sales jobs, here you’ll be helping customers for a good cause — recycling vehicles the right way

Overview

Your Role :

• Talk to customers over the phone or WhatsApp (no cold calls, no selling!)
• Guide vehicle owners on how to dispose of their cars properly
• Help them complete documentation for JPJ eDeregistration
• Coordinate with tow truck drivers and internal teams
• Keep digital records neat and updated — training provided!
