About the job :

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Executive to manage the full spectrum of payroll operations for approximately 500 contract employees across both Singapore and Malaysia. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of payroll systems, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end monthly payroll processing for 500 contract employees (SG & MY).
• Verify time attendance records to ensure accurate payment of hours.
• Set up new employee payroll accounts in the payroll system.
• Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation reports.
• Ensure payroll compliance with local regulatory guidelines.
• Handle employee income tax submissions.
• Process monthly EPF and other government‑mandated contributions.
• Generate billing reports and invoices for clients post‑payroll.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for payroll as training guides for HR and payroll teams.
• Support any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
