Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, and interview coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Assist in organizing training and development programs
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required
