What would you be doing :

1. Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding :

Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, networking, cold calling, data feeds, and emails.

2. Affiliate Relationship Management :

Maintain open communication with all affiliates on day-to-day issues.

Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimization opportunities.

3. Reporting and Strategy Development :

Develop business strategies to improve affiliate programs.

Work with the management team to execute and close new affiliate deals to increase revenue targets.

4. Stay Current with Industry Trends & Event Coordinator :

Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.

Organize and coordinate trade shows and other promotional activities for product launches and specials.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.

Proven experience in building and managing affiliate programs with existing affiliate networks, and a track record of revenue generation through affiliate networks.

Experience attending affiliate conferences and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.

Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin, with strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Capable of multitasking, working under pressure, and thriving both independently and within a team setting.
